Job summary

Airgas is seeking a seasoned professional to lead maintenance of rotating equipment including compressors, turbines, pumps, and fans. You will collaborate with internal experts, vendors, and OEMs to improve reliability and control costs while shaping maintenance policies and inspection guidelines.

With 10+ years in rotating equipment operations, you will contribute to robust root-cause analyses and the development of comprehensive job plans and policies across air separation, CO2, and H2

Qualifications

10+ years of technical experience in rotating equipment operations, troubleshooting, and design.
Knowledge of compressors, turbines, pumps, and fans in air separation, CO2, and H2 processes.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and project planning software.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in rotating equipment maintenance, including overhauls and repairs of compressors, turbines, pumps, and fans.
Collaborate with intercompany experts, vendors, and OEMs to optimize equipment reliability and maintenance costs.
Participate in root cause analysis and develop maintenance policies, job plans, and inspection guidelines.
