The position requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of internal teller training. Travel for training may be required; a reliable vehicle is expected, and a team-oriented culture supports growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Attend a 5-7 day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel depending on distance; the company covers or reimburses applicable travel expenses, such as mileage and lodging.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with verification of identity and funds.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with inquiries and direct to appropriate team members as needed.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to the right service area.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally, aligning with bank standards.
