• Set up folding and gluing operations accurately.
• Operate machine to run efficiently and produce quality products.
• Minimize waste and maximize equipment utilization.
• Learn to run a variety of box styles.
• Check quality of boxes during the run and identify defects.
• Complete necessary reports (Production Data, Machine Status, Safety Data, Quality Data).
• Turn in maintenance work orders and be proactive in equipment upkeep.
• Adhere to production schedule and help optimize it.
