Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Rotary Die Cutter / Flexo Operator to safely run corrugated die cutting equipment, perform setup, make-ready, run production, inspect quality, and troubleshoot issues to meet customer demand.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of die cutting experience on equipment such as Bobst, Baysek, Apstar, Ward, Martin or similar. This full-time role offers steady schedules and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating die cutting equipment in a corrugated environment.
• Experience with Bobst, Baysek, Apstar, Ward, Martin or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, make-ready, and ongoing quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
