LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau, MN, is seeking an Environmental Service Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment. This on-site role supports multiple departments, follows established cleaning tasks, and participates in training to uphold LifeCare's standards.

You will clean rooms, hallways, restrooms and common areas, restock supplies, and assist in emergencies as needed. The position offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to grow

What you’ll get to do in this role:

Onsite and continuous training of LifeCare Medical Center’s standards and guidelines on understanding cleaning tasks of wiping, disinfection, dust mopping and mopping and wearing the proper protective equipment.

Aide will be responsible for but not limited to; using the correct procedures to maintain clean and sanitary surfaces, removing and cleaning messes and spills, restocking supplies and resetting patient rooms. Keeping storage closets, equipment and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.

Responsible for the following locations to clean but not limited to; rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, offices, stairways, and other work areas.

Completes weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly checklists/projects in assigned area.

Assists in emergencies/urgent situations as needed.
