Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a Camp Leadership Team member to guide high school and junior high campers and support college staff during summer sessions. You will help recruit, train, and supervise staff, lead outdoor activities, and contribute to a faith-based camp experience built on Scripture.

Must be 18+ with CPR/First Aid, a valid driver's license, and a proven ministry background. You will live onsite with campers and participate in weekend sessions, maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Must be CPR/First Aid certified before arriving at camp.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in ministry or camp settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise camp staff and volunteers during sessions.
• Coordinate outdoor activities and ropes course experiences.
• Ensure safety, discipline and a Christ-centered environment.
• Support ministry efforts and help train junior leaders.
