Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year college experience preferred.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified.
• Current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Prior camp counseling experience preferred.
• Experience with horses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live with and lead approx. 7-8 campers each week.
• Lead small group Bible studies and guide spiritual growth.
• Oversee adventures, recreation, and other activities with safety in mind.
• Participate in housekeeping, kitchen duties, and program rotations.
• Assist with transportation, setup, and overall camp operations.
