Job summary

Acuren is seeking Rope Access Technicians to support operations in New Castle, DE. This will be a callout/travel position with intermediate responsibilities for Rope Access Level II duties, as assigned by the Level III Technician.

You will perform advanced rope access work at heights, plan and implement access systems, maintain equipment, and assist in rigging and rescue plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required, including overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Current SPRAT/IRATA Level 2 certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum documented hours: 1000 IRATA or 500 SPRAT in 12 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced rope access work at heights following IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 standards.
• Plan and implement rope access systems for various scenarios.
• Maintain rope access equipment and report safety concerns.
• Demonstrate Rope Access Level 2 skills for inspections.
• Assist in rigging and rescue planning under Level 3 supervision.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate hazards.
