Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations with NDE/API inspections in elevated or confined areas. Dual SPRAT/IRATA and inspection certifications are preferred, ensuring code-compliant results while upholding safety values.

Responsibilities include inspecting at height, documenting findings, coordinating with engineers and client reps, and maintaining gear and certifications. Travel and safety training are required for this role.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA certification required.
• 1–3 years of inspections in refining, petrochemical or energy environments.
• Experience with NDE/API inspections and rope access.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections at height using rope access per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on pressure vessels, piping, tanks or structures.
• Assist with access system installation, job rig-ups and hazard assessments.
• Document findings using digital tools and reporting formats.
• Interface with engineers, planners and client representatives on scope and results.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, codes and safety protocols.
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-job planning and safety audits.
• Maintain rope access and inspection gear and track certifications.
• Assist in equipment transfers, mobilizations and site setup/teardown.
