Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks qualified Rope Access Inspectors for field operations focusing on NDE, API inspections, and advanced techniques in elevated or confined areas. Dual SPRAT/IRATA certification and inspection background are preferred, with emphasis on safety and precision.

The role interfaces with site leads, engineers, and integrity teams to deliver code-compliant results while maintaining TEAM’s safety values. Opportunities for travel and professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA certification (Level I/II) required.
• 1–3 years of inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and field safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections at height using rope access per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on pressure vessels, piping, tanks, or structures.
• Assist with access system installation, rig-ups, and site hazard assessments.
• Accurately document findings using digital tools and standardized reports.
• Interface with engineers and client representatives to clarify scope and results.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety procedures.
• Maintain rope access gear and track certifications; support on-site mobilizations.
