Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations with NDE, API inspections, or advanced techniques in elevated or confined areas.

Dual-certified in rope access (SPRAT or IRATA) and inspection methods, you will work with site leads, engineers, and mechanical integrity teams to deliver code-compliant results. Anticipated compensation ranges from $52,000 to $72,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

  • IRATA Certification in rope access required or preferred.
  • SPRAT/IRATA dual-certification preferred for inspection scope.
  • 1–3 years of experience inspecting in energy/industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of NDE and API inspection terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to travel regionally or nationally for projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rope access inspections at height per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
  • Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structures.
  • Assist with access system installation, job rig-ups and hazard assessments.
  • Document findings with digital tools and standardized reports.
  • Coordinate with engineers, planners and client reps to clarify scope and report results.
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and site protocols.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, pre-job planning and safety audits.
