Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred/equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in executing case management services required.
• Knowledge of public benefits, financial literacy, workforce/employment initiatives, and housing stability principles required.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to connect neighbors to workforce-related organizations co-located at GCFB’s Community Resource Center(s).
• Receive and respond to referrals from GCFB team members.
• Complete resource screenings for households and assess the need for wrap around services in health, housing, socioeconomic and employment; connect neighbors to resources and document interventions.
