Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4–7 years in IT operations, incident/problem management, or reliability engineering with RCAs.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and proficiency with incident/problem management tools.
• Experience coaching teams in a structured RCA methodology.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply RCA methodologies based on incident complexity and impact.
• Analyze monitoring data, logs, traces, and configuration records to identify root causes.
• Lead cross-functional RCA sessions to converge on causes and remediation actions.
• Translate RCA findings into corrective and preventive actions within Problem Management workflows.
• Define and track RCA metrics to improve analysis quality and timeliness.
• Support integration of RCA activities into ITIL-based processes and continual service improvement.
• Produce high-quality RCA reports describing what happened, why, and prevention steps.
• Identify systemic reliability risks and patterns across incidents.
