You will screen calls, manage reservations, verify arrival details, and coordinate with housekeeping and facilities to ensure guest happiness. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Capable of understanding and following oral and written directions.
• Proficient in business English and office practices.
• Able to communicate efficiently with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls by screening, transferring and answering professionally.
• Build, confirm, and cancel reservations.
• Ensure arrival information is accurate and prepare packets.
• Log, deliver, and monitor wake-up call requests.
• Dispatch service tickets to housekeepers and facilities and follow up with guests.
• Post charges from other departments.
• Communicate with internal departments via phone and email.
• Restock and list items to order, conduct daily checks, and complete special projects.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls as requested by management.
• Coordinate guest room changes as needed.
• Assist VIP check-in by assigning rooms based on preferences.
