Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality, and service excellence. The role partners with Executive Housekeeper to supervise guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, linen and laundry, while developing teams, controlling labor costs, and upholding Hyatt standards.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential;

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel housekeeping or rooms management experience.
• Leadership in housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to improve guest satisfaction and cleanliness scores.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term planning and daily management of Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
• Oversee guestroom, public-area, back-of-house, linen and laundry operations.
• Maintain inspection programs for cleanliness and quality.
• Develop staffing plans to support service standards and colleague satisfaction.
• Manage labor within budgets and goals.
• Promote sustainability in housekeeping and laundry.
