Hyatt's Corporate Management Training Programs are designed for hospitality students to experience every facet of hotel operations and fast-track a career with Hyatt Hotels.

The Rooms program includes a 6-week rotation across departments and an 18-week concentration in Rooms Operation, plus an overall six-month length and rotational exposure to Engineering, Events, Finance, Food & Beverage, HR and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative hospitality industry experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through various hotel departments during a 6-week rotation with an 18-week Rooms Operation concentration.
• Spend time in Rooms and perform rotational assignments in Engineering, Events, Finance, Food & Beverage, Human Resources and Sales.

The Rooms Corporate Management Training Program was developed to provide training for recent Hospitality college graduates for hotel management positions specifically in the Rooms division of the hotel. A portion of the program duration will be spent in the concentration of Rooms, and the remainder will include a rotational schedule in the divisions of Engineering, Events, Finance, Food and Beverage, Human Resources and Sales.

The salary range for this position is $51,800.00-$74,300.00. The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and the geographic location where the work will be performed. Compensation will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage requirements, including applicable minimum wage requirements.
