Qualifications

• Minimum two years of housekeeping management experience in a large, full‑service hotel or resort.
• Experience overseeing guestrooms, public areas, and Laundry operations.
• Strong scheduling, labor management, payroll, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation and leadership of Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
• Ensure guestrooms, public areas, laundry operations meet Omni standards.
• Manage staffing, room readiness, inspections, and departmental projects on schedule.
• Provide coaching, training, and accountability to staff
• Maintain motivated team focused on service and cleanliness.
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, payroll, overtime, turnover, quality, guest feedback, and costs.
• Oversee payroll and productivity targets and variance control.
• Assist with scheduling based on occupancy and business levels.
• Maintain inventories and cost controls for amenities and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies.
• Oversee laundry production, linen quality, and equipment needs.
• Address attendance, conduct, performance, and productivity concerns.
