Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel.
• Previous management experience in both front office and housekeeping is required.
• Must be proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Guest Services, Concierge, Housekeeping and Reservations operations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for Rooms Division staff.
• Monitor room revenue, occupancy, and rate variance daily to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with departments on service standards and SOP adherence.
• Conduct monthly Rooms Division meetings and annual budget planning.
