Vespera on Pismo Beach is seeking a Rooms Controller to manage overall hotel room inventory and coordinate day-to-day operations in the Front Office, ensuring guest requests are met and preferences honored through pre-blocking and inventory management.
The role requires flexible shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends, with responsibilities across check-ins, room assignments, billing, and guest service excellence. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly pay of $20.01.
Compensation: $20.01 per hour
This is a temporary full-time position with a duration not to exceed six (6) months.

Summary of Job Description
The Rooms Controller is a major role of importance within the Front Office. Responsible for managing overall hotel room inventory and coordinating the day-to-day operation in support of the Front Office leadership team. As a Rooms Controller, you will ensure guests' requests are met in advance and their preferences are honored by pre-blocking special requests and managing overall inventory.
