Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking a Rooms Controller to oversee room assignments, rate accuracy, loyalty transactions, and guest folio management, coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least two years of front office or revenue experience, with strong communication and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is busiest.

Qualifications

• At least two years of front office or reservations experience.
• Experience with PMS and loyalty programs is required.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room inventory and assignments while ensuring rate accuracy.
• Process loyalty transactions and manage guest folios.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations.
• Support compliance with brand standards and hotel procedures.
