Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to set up and deliver food and beverage orders, and provide exceptional guest service. You will manage sanitation tasks, VIP amenities, and hospitality suite service in alignment with Banquet Event Orders and hotel policies.

The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with compensation noted as standard hourly wages plus gratuity and a broad benefits package.

What We Need From You

• The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
