Room Service Server – Inn at Perry Cabin

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Room Service Server to join our team. Room Service is responsible for taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms, ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be thoroughly familiar with menus, ingredients, preparation methods for each dish, wine list, and hours of operation for all food and beverage outlets.
• Have thorough knowledge of room layout and property.
• Know hotel amenities.
• Collect orders from the kitchen, ensuring they are prepared correctly; prompt and efficient delivery to the guest’s room.
• Submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales.
• Assist with collection of Room Service trays and other food and beverage items from guest rooms, including proper breakdown.
• Practice proper service etiquette and maintain high standards of cleanliness (personal appearance, equipment, and facility).
• Consistently deliver courteous, professional service.

Compensation
