Job summary

Inn at Perry Cabin, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Room Service Server in Saint Michaels, Maryland. You will take orders via phone and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Qualifications

Room Service is responsible for taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms. They are responsible for ensuring accurate food orders as well as timely delivery.If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! Is knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities.Collects orders from the kitchen, ensuring they have been prepared correctly; and promptly and efficiently deliver to the guest’s room.Will submit signed checks and reconciling daily salesAssists with the collection of Room Service trays and other food and beverage items from the guest rooms.
