What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Serve as the face of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing the restaurant pre‑shift for service ahead
• Greeting guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant
• Guiding guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu
• Accurately taking orders and confirming all special requests
• Mastering the menu, understanding details to enhance conversation
• Collaborating with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Assisting guests with concerns, guiding them to a resolution that leaves them happy
• Finalizing the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
