Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Room Service Server dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will provide In-Room Dining service, set up tables, deliver orders to rooms, and create amenities while maintaining timeliness and accuracy in guest requests.

The role requires a flexible schedule across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on luxury service and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, ability to work all shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs.
• Experience in a luxury hotel.
• Fluent English.
• Food and beverage knowledge.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

• In-Room Dining Servers offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ requests and ensuring timeliness.
• The Room Service Server is the heart of the hotel delivering guest requests and amenities to ensure a wonderful stay.
• Set tables and deliver orders to rooms.
• Create and deliver amenities to rooms.
• Answer phones and deliver clear and concise service over the phone.
• Perform side-work including polishing, lifting, organizing, and cleaning.

Room Service Server

• Experience in a luxury hotel
• Fluent English. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required
