Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Pool Server dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury mountain resort. The role requires knowledge of food and beverage items and a professional presence to meet the Four Seasons standards.

Full-time employment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is offered. Work authorization in the United States is required to join our team at this premier resort in Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; experience in luxury hotel/ resort environment.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service and sequences.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest-focused beverage and dining service in pools area per Four Seasons standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, ring up sales, and ensure accurate check handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool and dining areas; assist with service flow.
• Flexible schedule to cover all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Pool Server who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Offer guests of the pool an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• High School or college degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a luxury hotel
• Fluent English
• Food and beverage knowledge
• Strong commitment to service
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
