Four Seasons Baltimore is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver guest meals to rooms with attention to quality and timing. You will greet guests, describe menu items with vivid details, and accommodate requests such as tray removal.
Responsibilities include verifying orders, transporting items, breaking down service setups, and closing guest checks accurately. The role offers an hourly wage of $10.86 plus service charges and a comprehensive benefits package.
Deliver food orders, including any special needs or requests, to guests in-room. Verify completed kitchen orders against the original order or the order taker’s notes. Transport items to the guest room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Greet guests, describe selected items using vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods, and communicate options for removal of trays and dishware.
Respond to requests for tray removal according to established time standards. Break down, clean, and set up room‑service tables, condiment setups, flatware, dishware, and side stations. Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, and offer suggestions, responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Properly and accurately close guest checks by securing the room number and signature, and settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
