Job summary

Four Seasons on the Baltimore waterfront seeks a Residential Concierge to assist residents with packages, mail, and deliveries, and to provide information on services and events. You will greet residents, deliver messages and parcels, and support other team members during busy periods.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and a readiness to work evenings, with responsibilities spanning lobby service and coordination with the Residence team to maintain exceptional

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with packages, mail, deliveries and transportation requests.
• Provide information about residential and hotel services and amenities.
• Greet residents at the lobby and deliver messages, parcels and faxes.
• Handle special projects as assigned by supervisors or leaders.
• Coordinate with other residential staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to resident inquiries with hospitality and professionalism.
• Ensure common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Be available for evening shifts.

The role of the Residential Concierge

Helps processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers. Assist residents with luggage, transportation requirements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, groceries, etc. following instructions as specified by the Resident.

Provide information regarding residential and/or hotel/resort events, services and amenities

Assist homeowners transporting items to and from private storage as requested

Assist in Residential Lobby service - answer telephones at the Residences Concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums

Perform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor/concierge or Residential Leader

Assists other Residential team members, including Management, Public Area Assistants and Residence Concierge, with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods

Handle all Owner interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; seek any opportunity to prevent owner glitches, assist in all enquiries in connection with the Residence services and facilities

The ability to communicate residence requests effectively to the Residence Concierge to ensure prompt completion of tasks.

Relieve other residential roles for meal periods and in case of emergency

Helps ensure that the Residential Lobby, and other Common Areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times

Must be available to work evening shifts.
