Job summary

White Lodging seeks room service servers for Hotel Trinity in Austin, opening in late 2026. You will stock, set up, and deliver orders to guest rooms, anticipate guest needs, and keep service areas neat and sanitary. Knowledge of menu items and hotel services is important, along with a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or room service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work weekends, nights, and holidays.

We are seeking experienced room service servers to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of Hotel Trinity.

Hotel Trinity, launching in late 2026 as the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in downtown Austin, is Austin's finest private hideaway. Featuring a guest-only rooftop pool, world-class hospitality amenities with residential appointments, and the city's most sought-after high-end seafood restaurant and oyster bar, Hotel Trinity offers a luxury boutique experience unlike any other- a place to work, play, and stay out of the fray.

What You'll Do

• The room service server will stock, set-up, and deliver all food and beverage orders and property amenities to guest rooms.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
• Retrieve all food and beverage trays from the floors to maintain a neat and sanitary appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all services provided within the hotel and all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Listen for and respond to customer needs, issues, or concerns to ensure a quality experience for all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• The ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.
• Food Handlers and TABC Certification Required
