White Lodging is opening The Yacht Club, a fine-dining seafood concept at Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin. We are seeking experienced Server Assistants to join the launch and ongoing operations. You will support servers, ensure clean tables, and deliver exemplary hospitality in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates bring an outgoing, friendly demeanor, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Certification in Food Handlers and TABC is required; long shifts and fast-paced work are

Responsibilities

Ensure all tables are clean and properly set and food running as needed.
Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
Learn to operate the Host Stand.
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
Process all payment methods.
Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking experienced Server Assistants to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of The Yacht Club.
