White Lodging in Austin seeks a PM Turndown Attendant to uphold the highest cleanliness standards at Hotel Trinity, launching in 2026 as the Marriott Autograph Collection in downtown Austin. You will perform room turndowns, stock carts, and ensure guest rooms meet luxury standards.

Excellent initiative and physical stamina are essential as you work evenings, keeping beds tidy, bathrooms spotless, and supporting housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Desire to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Certification sign off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally, and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to high standards nightly.
• Turndown beds and stock turndown cart with bath amenities.
• Perform full cleanings on late checkout guest rooms.
• Support cleaning of public and back of house areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PM Turndown Attendant (Evening Shifts)

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• The housekeeper always provides the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Have a significant role in making sure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling nightly.
• Perform full cleans on late checkout guest rooms.
• Stock turndown cart and replenish bath amenities.
• Properly turndown beds each night according to hotel and brand standards.
• Aid in cleaning public and back of house areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
