Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver a personalized room service experience, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and menu knowledge.

Applicants should be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation within a luxury setting. TABC and Food Handlers certifications are required, with 1–2 years of F&B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver Food & Beverage in guest rooms with a focus on creating a personal guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, customize service, and upsell offerings where appropriate.

Room Service Servers anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you bring
