Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver room service orders to guest rooms and replenish minibar inventory.
• Answer phones, record orders, and use up-selling techniques to increase sales.
• Coordinate with other departments for VIP amenity deliveries and service recovery.
• Maintain room service area and equipment; stock and set up trays.
• Assist with amenities prep and general duties as assigned.
