Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant for Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor to join a team of hospitality enthusiasts. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to company standards, stocking rooms, and reporting lost-and-found items.

The successful candidate will follow safety procedures, communicate effectively, and deliver high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rooms and public areas cleaned and sanitized to standards.

• Know hotel services and surroundings to assist guests.
• Stock rooms with soaps, tissues, and drinking glasses.
• Identify items left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel’s lost and found procedures
