Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Room Leader for a new nursery. You will own the room, guide a team of practitioners and foster a warm, secure, and stimulating environment for children.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and education, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and integrating sensory and outdoor activities into daily routines. DBS checks and safeguarding responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a nursery room or equivalent setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and DBS checks.

• Ability to observe development and plan next steps.

Up to £33,000 per year | Full Time | All Year Round

A new nursery is a chance to build something special from the beginning – creating the routines, relationships and room culture that children will experience every day.

This beautifully designed new setting blends a modern Early Years environment with a warm, homely atmosphere. Bright and inspiring rooms have been thoughtfully created to encourage creativity, curiosity and connection, with everything from sensory play areas to cosy reading areas giving children different ways to explore, engage and unwind.

Outside, a dedicated playground extends learning into the fresh air, providing space for active play, exploration and discovery while encouraging children to follow their natural curiosity.

As Room Leader, you’ll take ownership of your room, supporting your team to bring these spaces to life and creating an environment where children feel secure, confident and excited to learn.

Bring Your Room to Life

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room
