Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd supports a committed nursery in recruiting a Nursery Room Leader. You will oversee daily operations in your room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development.

You will mentor colleagues, create a nurturing environment for children to thrive, and lead by example with excellent leadership and communication skills. DBS check required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
