Job summary

Kids Planet Rope Green Farm is seeking a Room Leader to lead a room, support teams, and deliver high-quality care in line with EYFS. You will nurture children, foster positive relationships with families, and ensure individual learning needs are met.

We offer accredited training through KP Academy, enhanced leave for family reasons, wellbeing rewards, and a supportive central team. A competitive salary, pension, and holiday allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a room within the nursery to ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Supporting and guiding the team to foster a positive, collaborative environment and promote professional development.
• Building strong relationships with children and families to meet individual needs and support learning.
