Job summary

Partou Dulwich Sports Ground Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities in line with the EYFS.

You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe, inclusive environment and build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of a nursery room and supervise staff.
• Ensure children engage in stimulating activities in line with EYFS.
• Lead and inspire the team; maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
• Build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues.
