• Supervise Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Assign daily room assignments and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.
• Monitor room status and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.
