Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to guide the housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams, ensuring quality and brand standards across rooms and public areas.

You will train staff, assign daily tasks, manage guest requests, and monitor room readiness while upholding our guest-centric service ethos and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
