Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Room Attendant to deliver clean, welcoming spaces and support guest satisfaction at our Boone, NC area hotel.

You will perform room cleaning to standards, restock amenities, and report issues promptly while maintaining safety and teamwork. Weekend availability preferred; competitive wages and strong benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays (preferred).

We are hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers)!

As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.

• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).

• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.

• Update room status and complete required reports.

• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.

• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
