Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a hotel housekeeping team member in the United States. The role involves inspecting rooms before guest arrival, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, and ensuring rooms are cleaned to standard with proper inventory checks.

You will communicate needs to supervisors and assist with room cleaning when needed. Applicants should have prior hotel housekeeping experience and be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel and stand for periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all assigned rooms pre-arrival.
• Provide reports to Director of Housekeeping daily.
• Inspect rooms cleaned by staff.
• Ensure inventories are in and the guest room is cleaned properly before turning into Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Communicate with Housekeeping office and Supervisors to request supplies.
• Use, secure and return keys daily.
• Report lost and found items to Housekeeping.
• Check inventory in rooms for linens, remotes, decor, dishes, cleaning supplies and appliances.
• Report missing inventory.
• Check cleanliness of rooms using checklist.
• Report maintenance requests to Engineering.
• Report unsatisfactory work to supervisors.
• Assist in cleaning rooms when necessary.

What You Will Accomplish

• Inspects all assigned rooms pre-arrival.
• Provide reports to Director of Housekeeping daily.
