You will manage staff, coordinate with menu development, and uphold strict safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced environment that rewards teamwork and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• 7 years cooking experience.
• 2 years experience as a Supervisor.
• 1 year fine dining experience.
• Ability to learn new methods.
• Knowledge of food safety sanitation standards.
• Work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations across all shifts.
• Ensure menu items follow recipes, presentation standards and service style.
• Collaborate on menu planning and development.
• Supervise kitchen staff: scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor labor costs, payroll, and staffing levels.
• Order products and manage inventory through purchasing systems.
• Address disciplinary issues per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary work environment.
• Foster team morale and positive guest relations.
• Communicate with staff and management to meet deadlines.
• Read and execute food orders (tickets).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
