Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV is seeking a Bistro Napa Room Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and lead the dining team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

You will supervise staff, plan menus with attention to presentation, control labor and costs, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and mentor cooks to maintain the high standards of Bistro Napa in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years cooking experience.
• 2 years experience as a Supervisor.
• 1 year fine dining experience.
• Ability to learn new methods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations across all shifts.
• Ensure menu items are executed to recipes and standards.
• Collaborate on menu planning and development.
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and training.
• Monitor labor costs, payroll, and staffing levels.
• Order products and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Foster team morale and guest relations.
• Communicate with staff to meet deadlines.
• Read and execute food orders accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
