River Terrace Inn, a Noble House Hotel in the heart of Napa Valley invites you to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. You will maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, support a pristine hotel environment, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

The role reports to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager and requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends. Competitive wages, health benefits, vacation, and retirement options are offered to eligible team

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use discretion and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and communicate with guests.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards.
• Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Able to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight, Passion to serve with purpose.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist guests with requests and provide courteous service.
• Follow hotel policies and report to management as required.

DESCRIPTION

As a Room Attendant you will have the opportunity to make the hotel shine! Our Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of our guest rooms. The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a crucial role that has the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime for our guests! Housekeeping Room Attendants report to the House Keeping Assistant Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred.
