Job summary

River Terrace Inn, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms sparkling and inviting. This full-time, on-site role reports to the housekeeping leadership and supports a hospitality-first experience.

The RTI team blends luxury and California charm, with downtown Napa steps away from shopping and Oxbow Market. The position offers $20.43 per hour, health benefits, a 401k savings plan after 90 days of employment, paid vacation, and a team-friendly

Description

As a Room Attendant you will have the opportunity to make the hotel shine! Our Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of our guest rooms. The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a crucial role that has the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime for our guests! Housekeeping Room Attendants report to the House Keeping Assistant Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to use discretion and confidentiality. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and communicate with guests. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards. Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Able to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Must maintain a clean and professional appearance. Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight, Passion to serve with purpose. Other tasks as assigned.
