Job summary

Grand Palms Resort is hiring a dependable Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. You will clean guest rooms to hotel standards, make beds, replace linens and towels, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.

This role requires attention to detail, endurance for physical tasks, and the ability to work on weekends and holidays. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.

ESTAMOS CONTRATANDO – CAMARERA/O DE HABITACIONES

Puesto: Camarera/o de Habitaciones

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Limpiar y preparar las habitaciones de los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel.
• Hacer las camas y cambiar las sábanas y toallas.
• Limpiar los baños, incluyendo duchas, bañeras, lavamanos, espejos e inodoros.
• Quitar el polvo y limpiar muebles, accesorios y otras superficies de las habitaciones.
• Aspirar, barrer y trapear los pisos según sea necesario.
• Reponer los artículos y suministros de las habitaciones.
• Reportar de inmediato cualquier problema de mantenimiento, daño u objeto perdido.
• Mantener los carros y suministros de limpieza limpios y organizados.
• Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de limpieza, seguridad e higiene del hotel.
• Brindar un servicio amable y profesional a los huéspedes.

Requisitos:

• Se prefiere experiencia previa en hoteles o limpieza, pero no es obligatoria.
• Ser responsable, puntual y capaz de trabajar en equipo.
• Prestar atención a los detalles y mantener altos estándares de limpieza.
• Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas, incluyendo permanecer de pie, agacharse, levantar objetos y caminar durante períodos prolongados.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.
