Job summary

ARK, at Everhome Suites, is seeking a professional housekeeper to ensure guests have a spotless, comfortable stay. You will perform basic cleaning tasks, make beds, wash sheets, restock supplies, and maintain restrooms and public areas to a high standard.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Impeccable work ethic with excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby

Responsabilidades

• Hacer las camas, retirar la ropa de cama usada, abastecer las habitaciones con artículos de aseo, lavar ropa, aspirar, trapear y realizar otras tareas de limpieza según sea necesario
• Mantener limpias y abastecidas las áreas comunes, como el vestíbulo, los pasillos y los baños
• Registrar las habitaciones limpiadas e informar sobre objetos perdidos y encontrados, así como sobre cualquier daño o reparación necesaria
• Realizar tareas de limpieza y preparar las habitaciones según los estándares del hotel antes de la llegada de los huéspedes
• Responder a las preguntas generales de los huéspedes durante su estancia

Compensation:
