Role Overview

In this role, you will be a vital member of our Housekeeping team, delivering outstanding guest service. Your responsibilities include creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere, ensuring guests feel relief and comfort from the moment they enter their room.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring complete satisfaction.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly returning lost items or items left behind.
3. Prepare carts with supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned rooms.
4. Maintain cleanliness by dusting surfaces, disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms, and refreshing linens and towels.
5. Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull wheeled carts weighing 50-100 lbs.
• Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods, working in confined spaces.
• Meet cleaning deadlines, typically completing a minimum of 13 rooms per day.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
