Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Open availability on weekdays and weekends

Role Summary:

As a Room Attendant, you will ensure guest rooms are clean and comfortable, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings
• Clean and service assigned rooms according to standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc.
• Clean room refrigerators, coffee/tea makers, cups, glasses, etc.
• Wear safety equipment and handle chemicals per regulations
• Greet guests and answer questions
• Communicate room status via phone system
• Report rooms that cannot be serviced
• Document deficiencies or damages using ALICE platform
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents
• Respond to guest requests
• Participate in green cleaning initiatives
• Manage housekeeping carts and assist with deep cleaning or turn-down duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services; luxury experience preferred
• Honest, dependable, team-oriented, neat appearance
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Bend, stoop, squat, and stretch as needed
